JUNIOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES (JPMAP), established on 1996 by its mother organization, People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), has since become a confederation of the different human resource societies in the different colleges and universities. The main thrust of the organization is to raise the caliber of education and the people management practice through the mentorship provided by the PMAP, thus resulting to a generation of innovative and globally competitive people managers in the nation.

Flashing lights, upbeat music and loud chatters –we can’t get over it. The 17th Junior People Management Association of the Philippines General Membership Meeting, held for the second time at Cowboy Grill, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City on the first Sunday of September 2013, was indeed a great success.
